PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a silicone rubber graft copolymer having excellent low-temperature impact resistance and solvent resistance as well and to provide its production method. SOLUTION: The silicone rubber graft copolymer is one comprising a core (1) formed from a polyorganosiloxane, an intermediate layer (2) formed from a rubber-like polymer formed from an alkyl (meth)acrylate with a 2-8C alkyl, and an outermost layer (3) made from a polymer formed from one or more vinyl monomers, wherein the outermost layer is crosslinked with a crosslinking monomer in an amount of 0.5-20 wt.% based on the entire weight of the monomer.
