PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for detecting the enzyme activities for various substrate molecules in a high efficiency by stably immobilizing a membrane-binding type cytochrome P450 in a state of holding an enzyme activity on a solid substrate plate. SOLUTION: This substrate plate is provided by having a pattern containing a polymerized lipid membrane part and flowable lipid membrane part on the substrate plate, and also having a patterned membrane-binding type cytochrome P450 obtained by immobilizing a membrane fraction containing the membrane-binding type cytochrome P450 at the flowable lipid membrane part.
