A dispenser (1) has a plastic housing (10) and dispenses paste products e.g. medical agents through a multi-component dispenser head (12). The paste is held in a container that is re-charged as necessary from the top and discharges also at the top. The dispenser further incorporates an air bleed hole. Also claimed is a process to re-charge the dispenser.
