[MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] Disclosed is an amino alcohol derivative represented by the general formula (1) which is a sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor agonist, a pharmacologically acceptable salt of the derivative, or a hydrate of the derivative or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt. The compound can be used as a therapeutic or prophylactic agent for demyelinating disease.
