<p>Provided are frequency synthesizing apparatus and method. The frequency synthesizing apparatus includes: a white noise generator generating a white noise electrical signal; and a filter filtering the white noise electrical signal to generate an electrical signal having a predetermined band frequency. Accordingly, additional frequency oscillation for data generation and transmission is not performed, but the white noise that can be easily generated is filtered and encoded for data generation and transmission. Therefore, low-power data transmission can be performed.</p> |
