METHOD FOR DISTRIBUTING PUBLICITY PICTURES

The invention relates to distributing publicity pictures to cellular communications subscribers. The inventive method consists in filling an enquiry by a subscriber and in selecting the subscribers for distributing publicity pictures by an advertiser according to said questionnaire. The pictures are loaded prior to the reception of an incoming/outcoming call or an incoming/outcoming SMS on a cellular phone. The picture is displayed simultaneously with the reception of an incoming/outcoming call, or an incoming/outcoming SMS and/or an MMS. The subscriber visualises the picture simultaneously with the answer to the call and/or at the end of the call and/or prior to the visualisation and the answer to the SMS or the MMS. The picture is displayed on the phone screen during the entire conversation or before clearing a call and/or answer to the SMS or MMS. Said method makes it possible to take into account the consumer's interest, to reduce time for receiving advertising information, to improve the certainty of the reception of advertising and to create convenient conditions for providing information services.
