Two magnets (12, 12) are provided in each slot (11a) of a rotor (10) and are arranged in the circumferential direction of the rotor (10). The two magnets (12, 12) are constantly pulled by magnetic force of a stator (20) in the direction where they are separated from each other, and as a result, they are fixed to the inner surfaces of each slot (11a), on both sides in the circumferential direction of the rotor (10).
