<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling stand with which the reference position for adjusting the screw-down location of grooved rolling rolls arranged in a rolling stand is easily decided and the calibration of the screw-down location is easily performed. <P>SOLUTION: This rolling stand 100 is a rolling stand which is provided with the grooved rolling rolls for rolling a tubular or a bar-like material to be rolled and three grooved rolling rolls R21-R23 are arranged so that angles formed by screw-down directions of respective grooved rolling rolls are 120°. About the cross-sectional shapes of the respective grooved rolling rolls R21 to R23 which are made by cutting with a plane which contains the center lines of the rotating shafts of the grooved rolling rolls and is orthogonally crossed with the pass line of the material to be rolled, any one grooved rolling roll R21 is provided with a first straight line part L1 which is extended perpendicularly to the screw-down direction in flange parts on both sides and two other grooved rolling rolls R22, R23 are provided with a second straight line part L2 which is opposed to the first straight line part L1 and extended in parallel to the first straight line part L1 in the flange parts. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
