<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, an image forming system, and an image forming method, a program, and a recording medium reducing the time for embedding embedded information when embedding the embedded information in an image again. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus obtains a scanned image, determines whether or not the embedded information is already embedded in the obtained image, stores the obtained image when the apparatus determines the information is embedded, generates the embedded information to be embedded in the obtained image, embeds the generated embedded information in the obtained image to print it, extracts the embedded information from the stored image, to be registered in association with the embedded information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
