<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood pressure realizing machine which enables a user himself/herself to easily feel a pressure equivalent to a blood pressure indicated by an aerotonometer using the gripping power of his/her own hand and realize the blood pressure not by a simple numerical value but by the body in a simple structure, and a blood pressure realizing method. <P>SOLUTION: The blood pressure realizing machine comprises: a realizing device 1 provided with a flexible flat hollow body 1a to be expanded to form an elastic cylindrical hollow body by sending air to the inside 12 of the hollow body; a tube 2 conducted with the inside 12 of the hollow body of the realizing device 1 and extended from the realizing device 1; the aerotonometer 3 connected to the tube 2 for measuring the inner pressure of the realizing device 1; and a blower 4 connected to the tube 2 and capable of supplying a gas to the inside 12 of the hollow body of the realizing device 1.
