PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management support system for achieving an environment where an operator who performs operation management of a plant has a capacity to think required for operation management and can improve the skill. SOLUTION: This operation management support system has a display controlling means. When the operator selects one monitoring target with a monitoring target selection screen 50, the display controlling means refers to management data where a plurality of monitoring targets held by a data holding means are associated with a monitoring element for each monitoring target and the management items corresponding to the monitoring targets, recognizes the monitoring element 61 associated with the selected monitoring target and the management items 62 corresponding to the monitoring elements 61, and displays, on a display, a management item display screen 60 where the monitoring element 61 associated with the selected monitoring target is associated with the management item 62 corresponding to the monitoring element 61.
