PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ozone water producing apparatus whic can be made thin. SOLUTION: An anode electrode 26 is provided with an anode catalyst 22 brought into press contact with one surface of a cation exchange resin 21 and an anode electrode plate 24 brought into press contact with the surface of the anode catalyst 22 opposite to the cation exchange membrane 21. A cathode electrode 23 is provided with a cathode catalyst 23 brought into press contact with another surface of the cation exchange resin 21 and a cathode electrode plate 25 brought into press contact with the surface of the cathode catalyst opposite to the cation exchange membrane 21. The anode catalyst 22, the cation exchange membrane 21 and the cathode catalyst 23 are arranged to be superimposed in order in an opening part 11 of a frame like container 1 having opened inside and the container 1 is inserted between the anode electrode plate 24 and the cathode electrode plate 25. The anode electrode plate 24 and the cathode electrode plate 25 respectively has the extended parts 242, 252 extended in the plane direction, which are each electrode terminal.
