PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve data holding characteristics of a mixedly mounted DRAM that is to be mounted on a display driver IC. SOLUTION: The display driver IC 1 having the mixedly mounted DRAM 10 is provided. Namely, the display driver IC is mounted internally with a DRAM 10 which has a plurality of memory cells 11 and is stored with digital data DL corresponding to a display image.
