PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a price and size of a terminal board for a capacitor used for a hybrid automobile or the like. SOLUTION: The capacitor comprises: an element 1 where a pair of electrodes are formed at both ends; a metal case 2 for storing the element 1 with an electrolyte for drive and joining one electrode of the element 1 to an inner bottom surface; and the terminal board 3 for joining the other electrode of the element 1 to an inner surface to seal an opening of the metal case 2. In the terminal board 3, a collar-like flange 3a where toroidal sealing rubber 6 is provided at an upper section is provided at a lower end periphery at an inner surface side that becomes a side to which the electrode of the element 1 is joined. A junction section 3b which projects to the inner surface side convexly for being joined to the electrode of the element 1 is provided at a position that becomes the outer surface side of the flange 3a. As a result, the terminal board 3 can be machined easily for reducing cost, thus reducing the height of the entire capacitor, thus enabling miniaturization. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
