PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cathodic electrodeposition coating method which uniformizes the thickness of an electrodeposition paint film formed on transported articles to be coated (particularly parts) having various shapes and sizes. SOLUTION: The cation electrodeposition coating method includes using a cationic electrodeposition paint which shows a film thickness increase rate in a range of 0.01 to 0.04μm/V at an effective voltage of 110 to 200 V.
