PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eye wash for persons wearing contact lenses having high anti-inflammatory activity and an excellent antipruritic effect. SOLUTION: The eye wash for persons wearing contact lenses contains zinc or a zinc salt and an antihistamine. The zinc salt is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of zinc sulfate, zinc lactate, zinc chloride, zinc gluconate, zinc citrate, zinc 2-oxoglutarate and zinc acetate. The antihistamine is preferably at least one selected from diphenhydramine, chlorpheniramine, ketotifen, emedastine, mequitazine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
