Disclosed is a new impact-absorbing pad assembly for preventing inter-floor noise which is installed on a floor surface of an indoor space of an apartment house or a building to prevent an impact force applied from an upper space from being directly applied to the floor surface or a wall surface and absorb and disperse the impact force to completely prevent noise by an impact to effectively prevent inter-floor noise, is easily installed, is conveniently installed without damage when laying an acceleration pipe for a boiler, and minimizes heat loss of the acceleration pipe for a boiler. The impact-absorbing pad assembly for preventing inter-floor noise comprises: a waterproof layer installed to cover an entire floor surface of an indoor space of a building; a plurality of impact absorbing members installed and fixed on the floor surface covered with the waterproof layer by anchor bolts using rubber pads as media; an impact-absorbing pad body made of compressed cement, and provided with a boiler acceleration pipe insertion groove formed on an upper surface thereof to be exposed, and a plurality of impact-absorbing member mounting holes in which the impact absorbing members are inserted and mounted to reach an upper surface from a lower surface corresponding to installation positions of the impact absorbing members; a mortar cover to cover an upper surface of the impact-absorbing pad body; and a floor finishing material to cover an upper surface of the mortar cover. |
