PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refilling pouch for use in sealingly packaging fluid content, having a pouring outlet provided with seal opening perforations formed at a seal opening part under irradiation with laser beams so as to enable the seal to be easily opened, enabling the content to be safely and easily replaced with another container such as a bottle or the like when the seal is opened and at the same time having an identification information segment formed through irradiation of laser beam. SOLUTION: A refilling pouch is provided which keeps two side sheets having a heat adhering resin layer overlying at least one surface arranged in such a way that the heat adhering resin layers oppositely face each other to heat seal their peripheral edges, a narrow pouring port formed by both heat seals is arranged, and flowing content is sealingly packaged therein. Seal opening perforations bored through irradiation with laser beams are provided at the pouring port and an identification information segment formed through irradiation with laser beams as well.
