PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric stirrer which does not damage the inside of a container by an edge portion of a stirring blade. SOLUTION: The tip part of a stirring shaft 14 projected from a body 12 of the electric stirrer 10 is fitted with the stirring blade 16, which is fixed by a cap nut 32 provided at the tip of the stirring shaft 14, and the length of the cap nut 32 is longer than that of a blade 24.
