PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a float for fishing easily and rapidly exchangeable without cutting a fishing line. SOLUTION: The float 14 for fishing is equipped with a float body 20, a fitting shaft 21 and a fixing nut 19. The fishing line is threaded into a threading hole 23 for the fishing line of the fitting shaft 21. The fitting shaft 21 is inserted from the upper side into a through-hole 22 of the float body 20 and pulled out therefrom. An external thread 28 is formed in the lower end 27 of the fitting shaft 21. The fixing nut 19 is screwed from the lower part onto the fitting shaft 121. The fixed nut 19 regulates the buoyancy of the float body and determines the residual buoyancy and center of gravity of the float 14 for fishing and a plurality of fixing nuts 119 having a different weight are installed.
