LINER USED WITHIN GASIFIER CONTAINER, GASIFICATION DEVICE AND ITS COOLING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a liner for gasification device which makes advantage of a ceramic liner useful by overcoming problems on joining ceramics to metal and problems caused by difference in thermal expansion of the both materials. SOLUTION: A liner 14 used within a gasifier container 16 includes plural elongated channels 12 and plural ceramic sheaths 46. Refrigerant flows in the gasifier apparatus through the elongated channels 12. Each of the ceramic sheaths 46 has a distal end portion 48 and a termination part 50. The ceramic sheaths 46 are arranged around the elongated channel 12 and each length of them is shorter than the length of refrigerant channel 12. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
