PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an excellent exhaust state by realizing fuel supply of the precise air-fuel ratio in the whole cylinders, in an engine having a plurality of cylinders. SOLUTION: This air-fuel ratio control device of the engine is arranged in the engine 2B having the plurality of cylinders, and adjusts the air-fuel ratio of the fuel supply by controlling driving of an injector in a feedback system by an electronic control means 10B detecting the exhaust state by an exhaust sensor, and is characterized by independently controlling the air-fuel ratio with its cylinder group, while respectively detecting the exhaust state by O<SB>2</SB>sensors 11 and 12 with every cylinder group of the cylinders 3a and 3b and the cylinders 4a and 4b approximated in a combustion state.
