PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new structured fluid-sealed vibration isolating device which can stably arrange a short-circuiting channel for promptly canceling excessive negative pressure of pressure chamber at the time of impact load input. SOLUTION: In a dividing member 36, an equilibration chamber side supporting surface 78 holding a peripheral edge portion of movable rubber film 70 from an equilibration chamber 46 side in contacting condition, and a pressure chamber side supporting surface 66a holding a central portion of the movable rubber film 70 from a pressure chamber 44 side in contacting condition are arranged. Furthermore, a short-circuiting channel 82 communicated from the equilibration chamber 46 to the pressure chamber 44 is arranged in such a way that under a state in which vibration is not input, the movable rubber film 70 is supported in contacting condition by the equilibration chamber side supporting surface 78 and the pressure chamber side supporting surface 66a, and that the peripheral edge portion of the movable rubber film 70 is elastically deformed toward the pressure chamber 44 side, and separated from the equilibration chamber side supporting surface 78.
