PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile terminal device with a function for displaying image information easily understood by a user. SOLUTION: A CPU provided in a cellular phone cooperates with a GPS device, and obtains information on a current position and a current movement direction of the cellular phone. Additionally, the CPU cooperates with a long distance device, and wirelessly receives an image attached with the peripheral position information on the current position of the cellular phone from an image server for accumulating the images with the position information. The CPU receives the image in cooperation with the long distance device, divides the image into four zones separated by a longitudinal axis and a lateral axis within a two-dimensional coordinate space based on the position information attached to the image. The two-dimensional coordinate space has an origin as the current position of the cellular phone. The movement direction of the cellular phone is the upward direction of the longitudinal axis.
