PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a design property laminated sheet which is provided with internal embossment constitution and has no problem in a boiling water immersion test and a metal sheet coated with the sheet. SOLUTION: The laminated sheet is constituted of a transparent oriented polyester resin layer (layer A), an adhesive layer (layer B), and a thermoplastic resin layer (layer C) of a substrate layer which are arranged in turn from a surface layer. The layer C is made to have a layer which has an uneven pattern by embossing on a surface on the side to be overlaid with the layer B and a thickness of 100-300μm and contains pigment. The layer B has a thickness exceeding a thickness to completely bury the embossment projections of the layer C and is composed of 40-80 mass% of a non-solvent adhesive prepared from a urethane prepolymer having terminal isocyanate groups and a polyol and 60-20 mass% of an acrylate oligomer and/or a prescribed acrylate monomer.
