PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-phalangeal arthrodesis implant, corresponding surgical kit and corresponding method of production. SOLUTION: The invention relates to a medical implant 1 intended to be interposed between a first bone 2 and a second bone 3 so as to obtain body fusion of the first and second bones 2, 3, the implant 1 having at least one first section 4 designed to be introduced into the first bone 2 and provided with a first means 5 of fixing incorporating a plurality of non-coplanar anchoring branches 10 integral with the first section 4 which are splayed during manufacture so as to have, before installation of the implant 1 in the bones, a divergent portion 10A which opens outward relative to the first section 4 as well as a convergent portion 10B turning down their ends substantially in order to facilitate the introduction of the implant 1 into the first bone 2.
