PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turn signal switch device in which there is no possibility that even if an actuating force of an operation lever is set to have a required strength, a base part of the operation lever falls out, which is superior in workability, and in which increase in the number of parts can be suppressed. SOLUTION: In the turn signal switch device in which at the time of assembling, after inserting the base part 3a of the operation lever 3 through an opening 9a of a holder 9, by forming a fall out preventing state by inserting a shaft 21 into a shaft hole 3c of the base part 3a and a shaft receiving hole 9e of a side plate 9d of the holder 9, the operation lever 3 and the holder 9 are rotatably coupled, an annular recessed groove 21b is installed at the end of the side opposite to the head part 21a side of the shaft 21, and a flexible engaging piece 9g engageable with the annular recessed groove 21b by extending out to inside of the diameter direction of the shaft receiving hole 9e is installed at the side plate 9d of the holder 9. This flexible engaging piece 9g is pushed into the tip part of the shaft 21 in the middle of mounting and bent, and at the time point when the tip part is penetrated through the flexible engaging piece 9g, the shaft 21 is snap joined to the holder 9.
