PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional measurement apparatus for sufficiently reducing an effect due to a hand movement even if a projecting section and an imaging section are not operated at a high speed. SOLUTION: The three-dimensional measurement apparatus comprises: a projecting section 4 for shifting a phase at a predetermined angle, and projecting a pair of stripe patterns onto an object 2; the imaging section 5 for imaging the object 2 onto which the stripe patterns are projected, and obtaining a pair of stripe pattern images; and an image processing section 6 for recovering a phase value from a pair of the stripe pattern images pixel by pixel, and measures a surface profile of the object 2. The image processing section 6 comprises: a displacement calculating means 61 for calculating a displacement between a pair of the stripe pattern images; and a displacement correcting means 62 for moving pixels by the displacement, and adding a phase shift obtained by comparing the displacement with a wavelength of the stripe patterns to the phase of the stripe patterns.
