A base station device includes: means for storing quality information indicating the channel state for each of the transmission antennas of a user device; scheduling means for creating scheduling information indicating a resource unit allocation plant from the quality information; and means for transmitting a low-layer control signal containing scheduling information and antenna selection information to a user device. The antenna selection information indicates which of the transmission antennas provided in the user device is to be used for performing transmission. The antenna selection information and scheduling information are both channel-coded.
