A hydrogel composition is provided to show excellent water release preventing effect so that it can exhibit moisturizing feeling on the gel surface but not being flown out and have high strength and elasticity to be applicable to a beauty pack. A molded object comprising the same is provided to be applied to all human body portions including eyes to decrease fatigue and dropsy within a short time, have the wound therapeutic effect on a wound portion and deliver a functional cosmetic ingredient to an applied portion. A hydrogel composition comprises 0.5-10 wt.% of a natural polymer material, 6-40 wt.% of a functional cosmetic ingredient providing skin beauty function, 0.001-0.3 wt.% of a preservative, and the remaining amount of water, wherein the natural polymer material is a two-ingredients mixture of iota carrageenan and locust bean gum(LBG) or a poly-ingredients mixture of the two-ingredients mixture and at least two materials selected from the group consisting of kappa carrageenan, gelatin, agar, alginate, chitosan, chitosan derivatives, starch, pullulan, galactomannan, glucomannan, guar gum, pluronic, algin, gellan gum, xanthan gum and pectin, and the functional cosmetic ingredient is at least one material having the skin beauty function of wrinkle improving, skin whitening, UV blocking, moisturizing, nourishing and skin elasticity. A molded object comprises a support layer, a hydrogel-layer and a release layer, wherein the hydrogel layer includes the hydrogel composition.
