<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper cup manufacturing method and a paper cup which reduces loading on environment, shows superior workability of a layer including biomass resin to enable a laminate to be made even if biomass resin approaching resource-saving and circulating-type society is used, and facilitates the manufacture of the paper cup by conventional facilities. <P>SOLUTION: This invention is characterized in that a barrel member having a resin layer 23 made of kneaded and mixed material of biomass resin and synthetic resin is applied to one surface of a paper base material 21, and the bottom member having a resin layer 23 made of kneaded and mixed material of biomass resin and synthetic resin to at least one surface of a paper base material 21, with the resin layer 23 at a barrel member set to the inner side to cause the barrel member to be formed into a cylindrical shape, and in that a heat adhering method for a barrel adhering portion 31 is carried out by an ultrasonic system. Further this invention is characterized in that a mixing rate of biomass resin and synthetic resin at the resin layer 23 is 50 to 75: 50 to 25 by mass, in that the biomass resin is of polylactic acid type resin, and in that the resin layer 23 overlies the paper base material 21 by an extrusion lamination method. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
