<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reforming unit achieving an efficient and stable reforming treatment with a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A pipe line through which liquid fuel to become a raw material of a fuel gas of a fuel cell or purified water supplied as steam are passed, a pipe line through which the fuel gas is discharged to the outside and the like, a reforming water supply pipe, a raw material return pipe 730, a desulfurized fuel supply pipe, an air supply pipe 750, a fuel gas flow-out pipe and a cooling water pipe are arranged in a pipe line part 700 of the middle part of the reforming unit 300 in the vertical direction. Because of a structure that the pipe lines and the like are not mounted on the bottom part, a base to secure a space for mounting the pipe lines on the bottom part is dispensed with and the installation space of the reforming unit 300 is reduced. Because of the arrangement of the pipe lines in the middle part, the piping treatment is facilitated, the supply of the raw material is carried out with the shortest distance to facilitate the miniaturization of the apparatus or the improvement of piping work. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
