<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To save energy in sterilizing water in a sterilization device. <P>SOLUTION: The sterilization device 10 comprises a sterilization tub 11 for storing an object to be sterilized; superheated steam generating/feeding means 22 and 23 for generating and feeding superheated steam into the sterilization tub 11; a water storage tub 27 disposed under the sterilization tub 11 in such a way that the water surface is exposed inside the sterilization tub 11; and heaters 36 and 37 disposed inside the water storage tub 27 for heating water inside the water storage tub 27. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
