PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a comfortable drive even if the outside air temperature is high, in a cold air device of a saddle-riding type vehicle using a traveling wind. SOLUTION: This cold air device of the saddle-riding type vehicle has a front cover 16 arranged in a car body front part of the saddle-riding type vehicle and providing the windbreak effect to an occupant in the rear of its part, and an air duct 27 arranged in the front cover 16 and introducing the traveling wind to the occupant side, and has an injector 42 supplying misty water to an air flow passage 30 in the air duct 27.
