PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience by evading the troublesome procedure of inputting a URL in accessing resources on a network using a mobile phone terminal or the like. SOLUTION: In the system, the mobile phone terminal or the like 1 receives the input of a telephone number and makes a call to a support apparatus 2 indicated by the telephone number, the support apparatus 2 returns an induction signal including the URL in response, and the mobile phone terminal or the like 1 which has received the induction signal accesses the resource 3 indicated by the URL included in the induction signal.
