PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the following problem: an outer covering structure in which the enclosure of a casing is formed of a plurality of outer covering members and an intermediate member is provided between them, has very bad disassemblability and it is extremely difficult to reversibly disassembling the casing or detaching the intermediate member. SOLUTION: A portable outer covering structure is provided in which the enclosure of the casing is formed of two or more covers and the intermediate member is provided between a first cover and a second cover, wherein the first cover is provided with a first abutting surface which slides to be abutted on the intermediate member and the inner side face of the second cover, and the intermediate member includes, on positions adjacent to both side faces of the first abutting surface, two intermediate member abutting surfaces which slide to be abutted on the first cover and the inner side face of the second cover.
