PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit which refreshes the content of a holding circuit for trimming, timely without increasing power consumption excessively. SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit comprises: a storage circuit for storing trimming data of a plurality of bits; the holding circuit for holding the trimming data read from the storage circuit; a plurality of change detection circuits for outputting a positive or negative pulse when the corresponding bit of the trimming data held by the holding circuit is changed; a plurality of binary signal generation circuits for generating a plurality of binary signals to be activated according to the positive or negative pulse; a logic circuit for activating a detection signal when at least one of the binary signals is activated; and a refresh circuit for updating the trimming data held by the holding circuit by the trimming data read from the storage circuit when the detection signal is activated.
