PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To expedite starting of processing work by displaying a program list of processing programs so that whether assignment of a tool to be used is completed or not can be simultaneously found for each processing program. SOLUTION: For each of a plurality of processing programs stored in a processing program memory, whether tool information is stored in a tool information area or not is retrieved (S23), and tool assignment completion information is added to and stored in each "processing program area" of the processing program for which the tool information is stored (S25). At the time of list display of the processing programs, display information for list display for each program is read (S26), and a mark "○" is displayed on the program number of the processing program for which the tool assignment completion information is stored (S27).
