PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the lowering of efficiency of a refrigerating cycle apparatus by restraining the thermal transfer from a compressor to an expander through piping. SOLUTION: This refrigerating cycle apparatus 100 includes: an oil equalizing pipe 25, one end of which is connected to a first sealed container 21 of the compressor 12 and the other end of which is connected to a second sealed container 31 of the expander 16; a refrigerant in a refrigerant circuit 10 between an evaporator 18 and the compressor 12; and a heat exchange part 19 for performing heat exchange at least with the oil equalizing pipe 25 and oil in the oil equalizing pipe 25.
