PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller vane pump capable of sucking and delivering without stirring liquid without striking phenomenon occurring between a roller and a roller groove. SOLUTION: The roller vane pump 1 is provided with a housing 5 having a rotor chamber 31 therein, a rotor 6 provided eccentrically rotatably to the rotor chamber 31 and having roller grooves 62-62''' on an outer circumference part, and rollers 7-10 held in the roller grooves 62-62'''. Cutout parts 63-63''' enabling liquid to flow into spaces between the rollers 7-10 and the roller grooves 62-62''' are provided on groove walls of the roller grooves 62-62'''. The rotor chamber 31 is provided with two circular arc-shape communication grooves 42, 43 communicating a suction hole 44 and a delivery hole 45, and the symmetrical roller grooves 62-62'''.
