PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a conventional acupressure apparatus leaves fatigue in a user's body due to a physical exercise for the acupressure. SOLUTION: An elastic material used for an acupressure apparatus allows the apparatus to flexibly transform in response to a shape and hardness/softness of an object without reference to a material of the object, which naturally achieves a moderate load to be applied on a body, and an acupressure prong to be applied precisely and easily on an affected region. The user swings its body, moves its weight strongly and lightly to apply the moderate load, and also universally changes the region to be treated at the same time, which prevent a body's local area such as an arm, shoulder or the like of more than momentum from accumulating muscle fatigue therein likely to occur consumed for the acupressure with the conventional acupressure apparatus.
