PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly heat a cooking object by eliminating heating irregularities without breaking down ingredients in Joule heating for generating heat by resistance generated when making a current flow between electrodes. SOLUTION: By the configuration that a vibration generation means 9 and an agitation means are provided on the wall surface of a container 4 and the vibration means 9 and the agitation means are selectively operated corresponding to the kind and amount of the cooking object, a convection current by vibrations and agitation is efficiently generated without damaging the appearance of the cooking object inside the container 4 and the heating irregularities generated during Joule heating are eliminated.
