PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an operator holding and operating a handle to perform cleaning without largely bending the body and to easily transmit cleaning operation force applied to the handle by the operator to a cleaning surface as a cleaning pressure in a cleaning implement. SOLUTION: The cleaning implement 10 is provided with a connection part 12 for connecting the handle 11 and a cleaning head 13. The connection part 12 is hinged with the cleaning head 13 on its one side and is continued to the handle 11 on the other side, and an elastic body 14 is interposed between the connection part 12 and the cleaning head 13 at a position different from the hinge connection.
