PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a burden from being applied to a user's body by arcuately moving a part for retaining the user's body. SOLUTION: An actuator 32 is actuated by the operation of a remote controller 44 to roll rollers 16A-16D on the side of an upper movable unit 2 while being guided by guide rails 54A and 54B on the side of a lower base unit 3. The upper movable unit 2 is arcuately moved around a virtual point A (refer to Fig.2) above the unit 2 as a rotation center to change the upper/lower positions of the head part of the user.
