The high speed channel selector switch (300) includes a first unit (400) that has a plurality of contacts (410) that are operable to electrically couple to a plurality of high speed data lines (310) of a device under test. The high speed channel selector switch (300) further includes a second unit (500) that is operable to selectively electrically couple one of the plurality of contacts (410) of the first unit (400) to the additional contact (415) of the first unit (400). The second unit (500) also electrically couples the remaining contacts (410) of the first unit (400) to respective termination impedances (530). Thus, one of the plurality of high speed data lines (310) is coupled to the signal line (320) via the second unit (500) and the remaining high speed data lines (310) are coupled to respective termination impedances (530).
