An immersible feeder unit (2) has multiple capillaries, through which a liquid (3) can be fed to a vaporizing unit (4,5,10,11) downstream in a direction of flow and stretching across a flow cross-section. Inside an adjusting area for vaporizing output, a liquid vaporizer (1) has a spatially stable vaporizing zone that extends along a contact surface between the immersible feeder unit and the vaporizing unit. An independent claim is also included for a vapor-concentrator with a gas pipe leading from a gas inlet to a gas outlet so as to feed into vapor from a liquid vaporizer.
