<p>The invention relates to an assembly, comprising a plate-like element and a frame in which the plate-like element is hingedly suspended so that the plate-like element can be opened and closed, and a restrictor. The invention is distinguished in that the restrictor comprises a second coupling which is in series with the first coupling and with which the plate-like element and the frame can be uncoupled, the second coupling can be locked by means of a lock, and the length of the slot is such that when the plate-like element is opened the lock of the second coupling can be operated from the outside of the door. The invention also relates to a restrictor for the purpose of forming the assembly according to the invention.</p>
