A method for operating a manufacturing management program equipped with a function for managing the quality of a USB(Universal Serial Bus) memory phone is provided to improve workability and productivity by processing product manufacturing and a bad product ratio with one manufacturing management program integrating all processes for manufacturing the USB memory phone. A processing computer installs a USB memory phone manufacturing program(S10). The processing computer determines whether a USB memory phone requiring program download, test, and data store management is connected to a USB connector(S20). The processing computer operates and displays the manufacturing program in a screen when the USB memory phone is connected(S30). The processing computer determines whether a task for the program download, test, and data store management is selected in the screen(S40). The manufacturing program installed in the processing computer downloads/installs needed programs to the connected USB memory phone, tests functions of the connected USB memory phone, or processes the data store management of the USB memory phone when the task for the program download, test, and data store management is selected by a worker(S50). |
