A drain hose cap for defrost water of a refrigerator is provided to minimize introduction of high temperature air from a machine room by preventing introduction of air through defrost water from being gathered on the surface of a blocking plate. A drain hose cap for defrost water of a refrigerator comprises a defrost water drain hose(100) discharging defrost water generated in the refrigerator. A cap(200) includes a body unit(210) having a hollow section and a partition(220) to prevent back flow of air, wherein the body unit is coupled with the front end of the drain hose and the partition is formed across the hollow section of the body unit. A blocking plate(300) made of synthetic resin having expansion and contraction characteristics is provided in the cap and is formed with a plurality of mount holes(310) on the surface thereof.
