z is selected from 1, 2, and 3; q is, independently for each occurrence, an integer selected from 0 to 10; q′ is selected from 1 and 2; Y1 is, independently for each occurrence, selected from —C(R5)2—; Y2 is, independently for each occurrence, selected from —C(R6)2—; R5 and R6, independently for each occurrence, are selected from hydrogen and optionally substituted alkyl that is saturated or unsaturated, and branched or unbranched; W1 is, independently for each occurrence, selected from hydrogen, optionally substituted alkyl that is saturated or unsaturated, and branched or unbranched, and —O-Q3; W2 is, independently for each occurrence, selected from —O-Q4; and Q1, Q2, Q3, and Q4, independently for each occurrence, are selected from hydrogen and-residues represented by Formula II: wherein x is, independently for each occurrence, an integer selected from 0 to 20; y is, independently for each occurrence, an integer selected from 0 to 20; n is 0 or greater than 0; Q5 and Q6, independently for each occurrence, are selected from hydrogen and —CH3; R1 is, independently for each occurrence, selected from optionally substituted C1 to C20 alkyl that is saturated or unsaturated, and branched or unbranched; and W4, W5, W6, and W7, independently for each occurrence, are selected from —CH2— and —CH═CH—, wherein at least Q1, Q2 and Q4 are selected from residues of Formula II, and wherein each fatty acid chain residue of said at least one compound is independently optionally substituted. |
